Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is entered into between the Host (hereinafter referred to as “Host”) and the
Guest (hereinafter referred to as “Guest”). By booking and accepting this Agreement, the Guest agrees
to abide by all terms and conditions outlined below.

Payment Terms

The Guest agrees to pay the total rental amount as follows:

  • 50% of total booking fee to secure dates
  • Remaining 50% of booking one week prior to stay
  • Payment can be made through Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests will receive 100% reimbursement if they cancel 14 days prior to check in.
  • Guests will receive 50% reimbursement if they cancel 7 days prior to check in.
  • Guests will receive 0% reimbursement if they cancel less than 7 days, because of shortened
  • stays, internet loss, power outages, or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.


The Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur to the Guest or
any of their invitees while on the Property. The Guest is advised to obtain travel insurance to
cover any potential losses.

House Rules

  • No smoking indoors
  • No parties or events without prior consent
  • Quiet hours between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am
  • Please dispose of pet waste in bags (bags are provided) and place in garbage can in shed.
  • Guests shall not create noise or disturbances for surrounding property owners.


Check-in time is 3:00pm, and checkout time is 11:00am. Early check-in or late checkout may be
available upon request and subject to availability. Please be considerate of our cleaners. They arrive
and are paid starting at 11:00am.


The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages,
expenses, or liabilities arising from the Guest’s use and occupancy of the Property.

Maintenance and Repairs

The Guests agree to pay all reasonable cost, attorney fees and expenses that shall be made or
incurred by The Owner enforcing this agreement.

Attorney Fees

The Guest agrees to keep the property in good condition and immediately notify the Owner of
any damages or issues that arise during the rental period.

Property Access

The Owner or their representative shall have access to the Property for maintenance and
repairs during reasonable hours. The Guest will be provided with prior notice.

Transient Occupancy

The Guests acknowledge and agree that this agreement is for transient occupancy of the
property and The Guests do not intend to make the property a residence.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all
prior agreements, oral or written.

By confirming the booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read and understood this
Agreement and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.
